Annual SEW WHAT?! Fashion Summit.

A free all-day fashion camp for children and youth would be a great way to let kids and youth explore their creativity.

*This event is best suitable for children ages 7-16.

Becoming a designer takes passion, time, research, and practice. There are many steps that designers adhere to between the initial conceptualization phase and the completion of a wearable garment.

How the design process works and what kids will learn:

1. Find inspiration
2. Create a mood board or inspiration board
3. Sketch ideas
4. Choose fabrics
5. Pick colors
6. Consider silhouettes
7. Create a product

Meet the instructors: Mila Pershyna, the educator at MP Fashion school, the owner and the fashion designer of MP Fashion Brand and reigning Mrs.USA 2022, and Leonid Tikh, the artist and the photographer at LT Studio.
